We purchased a frigidaire refrigerator at EBA in January '13. I liked the shopping experience because (1) the showroom had a large & well-organized selection that was highly conducive to comparison shopping (unlike the randomly displayed appliances & noisy background I encountered at bestbuy, home depot & pc richard, for example) and (2) the salesman (Stan) was informative without trying to convince us to buy (in fact, he was remarkably detached and impartial, until the topic of the eba extended warranty came up, about which he became rather passionate; we ultimately declined it), and (3) their prices--esp. on their website--for this maker were significantly below those of below the other big stores. The delivery & set up were smooth. I can't comment on the sub-par customer service that others often report when they encountered problems AFTER the purchase---because the fridge has luckily been problem-free.

Avoid the long lines and get your appliances here. Prices are competitive and less than the other stores. Most of the sales people have been here a long time and can give good recommendations. I have bought many items here and just bought a fridge and oven again to replace the damaged ones from storm sandy.
Insurance is kind of pushed but the policy is if you never use it, it's refunded in a few years. There are top of the line items like TVs, ovens, vacuums, etc to small fridges for college students to toaster ovens.
There is parking and don't forget to ask if your purchase has a rebate.
Scored back $250 on the washer/dryer and $50 on today's fridge!
Delivery is quick--my new items will be here Monday (4 day wait)
