Herb's Appliance Services Inc

I had a scheduled service through Lowe's Extended Service Plan. After having a scheduled appointment between 8-12, Herb's rescheduled for 1pm. I had to take the day off from work to be home for the service. It wasn't until 3 pm that I called Herb's and left a voice message inquiring if anyone was coming. At 5pm I called Herb's again and left another voice message. I called and rescheduled with another company with Lowe's informing them of previous negative reviews online and that they need to consider dropping Herb's as one of their service providers. It wasn't until 10am the following day that Herb's called to say "He got tied up with other jobs" Unfortunately this idiot cost me a day of lost wages that will never be compensated.

Apparently Frigidaire is my brand and recomended this repair people ,the repair man showed up found the problem and told me it was covered ,it was a broken ice maker ,my fridge was 8 months old so I didn't get upset and said ok please replace it the repair guy Dominic said he going to order it and when it arrives he will come and install it ,well he called 5 days later said he had it and would set up appt in a day or two cause he had personal things to deal with. Once again I said ok ,I guess they don't have any other installer this was Feb 13 2018, its now April 4 and I can't get a hold of no one or any call back so I call fridgeadare and they called the repair man who said he would call me right away ,well no phone call so I filed a complaint with fridgeadare who now got me another repair guy ,so these guys at Herb's appliance get away with my part which hopefully they don't sell it to another company but I'm not going to sue Herb's appliance and contact better business cause I very annoyed at this kind of service , have the Decency to call the customer who trusted your service ,in also requesting fridgeadare not to recommend them DISGUSTING !

I had herb's appliance at my home yesterday ..finally a company that knows what they are doing..the technican finally fixed my frig after 3 companies out here..thank you herb's..!

My appointment was made through Assurant Solutions for between 8AM-12Noon. Herb's Appliance did not show up or call. When I called them all I got was a voice mail box. I left a message but received no call back. They called my wife at work and told her they were not coming because they tried to call me and couldn't get me. That is a lie! I was home all morning and no messages were left and caller ID shows no call from them. They are unreliable and judging from the other reviews,If they had come they probably wouldn't have fixed my appliance.

I was amazed by the next day service from Herbs Appliances. It is very hard to get service in Manhattan and to get service within a two hour window was wonderful. To Top it off the Tech who came to my house had the part to fix my maytag neptune washing machine in his truck. The job was done right and for a reasonable price. For all you MAYTAG NEPTUNE WASHER AND DRYER COMBO UNIT owners in need of great service I recommend Herbs Appliance Service.
