Terrible. Avoid. Fake ass broker Roger Carlo will lie to you, rip you off, overcharge you for rent, and keep the money to himself and never pays the management. He'll pretend he owns the apartment, when really he's just a broker/subletter of another subletter, or another subletter. He's a thief, a liar, a con artist, and a predator who aggressively hits on women and tries to hook up with them while also attempting to offer very shady deals in the apartments located at 316 E. 93rd Street.
