My first time at Saint Glam was great. The overall ambiance is amazing. It's very clean, sanitary and posh. I appreciate the fact that they have Zoya polish, which is healthier than other polishes. However, my second time, my overall pedicure was mediocre at best. The pedicure itself felt very rushed, to the point I had to request for the cuticle to be removed after I realized the pedicurist started applying base coat. Also, I paid with cash and was charged a sales tax despite their website indicating otherwise. I still tipped the suggested 20% because the pedicurist did not hesitate to repaint one of my toes after I accidentally smudged it. I really wanted to support this business but I'm unsure if I'll be back.

Stands out in the neighborhood bevause of how nice it looks. Love the new girls working there. The manicure and pedicure felt great and looked great. Foot massage puts you to sleep!

Shockingly unacceptable
Ok, I was so happy with this place, it was fabulous! Now they are just disorganized, disrespectful and very unpleasant!
My appointment was Saturday afternoon. They called to rescheduled my appointment because Monique ( her best girl) left , she is not working anymore there. Ok, I get it , no problem. I didn't had anything really Important at work Monday neither Tuesday.
Today was my new appointment. When I got there, the girl didn't even said hello or anything, she didn't even smile!!! Can you believe this lady is working with public! Anyway, I sat down and the first thing she told me is only gel polish right, HELLO!!! Is my fourth time there !! And my appointment clearly says gell fill in!!! .. she told me she didn't know how to do hard gel, that was monique specialty, ok I get it! She explained how she do nails, ok. I said no problem, let's try that. She looked at me MAD! And told me let me make a call.
They overbook appointments! She told me she didn't had the time to do my nails because she had a 6 PM appointment! That is obviously more important than her 5 PM appointment! (Me!!!) That she will start my nails today and tomorrow she will finish the job ! HELLO!!!! I am attorney!!! How can I have terrible nails at court!!! I didn't had any problem to rescheduled my appointment but I really have a problem when they don't get the job done! I had an appointment! Hello!!
I am so mad ! This place it was perfect! Now is ruined!
Do yourself a favor a just go to other place that honor the appointment you made. If you come to this place they will not do your nails because you aren't important to them !
PD. The employee made the call in front of me . I am Latina, but my English is perfect! Thank you.
