Ordered mother's day flowers for my mom for delivery today. Received confirmation the flowers were delivered and they were not. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to me so that i could hand deliver to my mom. I called the shop to let them know and after they kept me on the phone for a while, the owner said she would have to refund me because there is nothing she could do. I told her i don't live far from her store and i don't want a refund, i wanted the flowers i ordered. She then agreed to have another bouquet delivered. Waited another two hours and the flowers that were delivered were not for the value i purchased. The order was rushed and had i not called to let them know the flowers were not here, they would have not sent another one. Very disappointed....

Horrible place! Entered to buy some flowers for Mother’s Day and as I’m trying to get into the door one of the workers (seems like it could be a. owner) is literally pushing me so she can exit the store at the same time. I reminded her of her manners and asked if she could say excuse me next time and she proceeds to tell me “excuse me? We’re out here trying to prevent a ticket for our customers” ....while another employee is outside calling people “SAVAGES” ..... first of all I am clearly a customer as well but I’m assuming they don’t see me as one because I am not WHITE. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have left and gone somewhere else. It really was a disgusting experience with their attitude and trying to get serviced at this establishment.
