Hello Everyone I just want to share my experiency here at the dealer, i have my car for a repair for about a week today, i have bought a brand new car to my wife to drive her back and forth to work and drop the kid to School everyday, we are making payments on this car on time, I have brought the car for a repair and they have the car for a week now. Jose Gomes spoke to him about a Rental Car so my Wife can keep going to work and drop the baby to the School 5 days a week, Jose Gomes the Manager at the Service Department just do not gave any Rental Car yet to my wife since the New Car is under the Warranty he has not offered her a Rental Car so she can keep doing her own things.
after 5 days on Friday came to speak to him about the car and what is the problem he says he cant find the problem and he asked us to take the car back so my wife can drive with the baby,
We said no until the car is fixed, it is very dangerous what is happening with the car is turning off on the middle the Parkway with my Wife and the Baby inside the car. But he still wants to take the car out the Service they can not Housing the car there. We are not asking to Housing the car We are asking to Fix the car so my Wife and My kid do not Ended up in the Accident on the Parkway. We are going Foward untill they fix the car and we need a Rental Car they told me they have no access to what they did last year when the car was doing the same Problem but White Plains Fixed the Problem i also went to White Plains Dealer and got the paper Work for Jose Gomes to go over and see what and how they did to fix the problem.
Ricky the Service guy actually called me with a Joses Orders giving me a Quote to remove the car from their lot and bring to White Plains Dealership. Called and said it would cost me $270 to transfer the car to other Service Department.
Please be Aware Your Car is Under the Warranty and They dont want to fix it. Be Aware of this.

As soon as I walked into the car dealership, I was greeted by Fabio the car dealer and others with warmth. Fabio has great knowledge in assisting me in getting a new car. Louis, another dealer in the pre-approve department guide me in the right company. I really appreciate everyone there.If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I spoke with Kai and Mat for an upgrade for another Jeep, and the trade in got finalized that same day. The bank approved the deal. Mat is a good honest banker and Kai is a good saleswoman.
