I sincerely hate having to write a review like this. In theory they're a good repair spot, and I'm sure every other review is telling the truth, but frankly this place absolutely botched my screen replacement. Came in last November after cracking my screen as they were very highly reviewed. 300 dollars later I get my phone back, and the charging port isn't working. I take it back under warranty, and they take another day to "fix it." I get it back again, and you can hear where the paste and adhesive under the screen is poorly applied, and the screen keeps discoloring and doing a "tv static effect" out, all while the back casing is literally falling off the phone. After a third time, AGAIN the screen is misapplied and there's even what seems to be a hair in one of the camera ports. The reason I'm even writing this is because after the latest Samsung update, the touch screen no longer works whatsoever, forcing me to use my pen. I refuse to spend 300 more dollars here to get this corrected. Just be wary.

I needed my PS4 repaired, and the only place that can do it is the CPR Cell Phone Repair. They were honest, and the repair took less time than what they estimated. I will use them for all my electronics repair needs.

Easy to find location.
Front door accessible parking.
Staff is friendly & helpful. They answered every time I called and serviced my phone in just an hour or two as expected.
We drove an hour and a half to get there but it was worth it. Highly recommend.
