I completely agree with all of Danika's comments...It's really as bad as she describes...I don't understand why Choice Hotel is partnering with this hotel. If the price had been $40, I could say we got what we paid for but that's not the case...However, we often sleep in Quality Inns but the quality has never been so degrading.. .

Not as clean as a quality inn should be, my room for instance toilet was leaking water and had to hear all night long the the water running. Could not be changed because I needed a 1st fl because of a service dog.

This was by far the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. Upon arrival the entry doors were broken and there was standing water at the entry way. The building is overgrown with weeds. In the entrance none of the lights worked except the light above reception desk. The clerk was not helpful at all. The entire building reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. We looked in the room and there were stains on the bedding and the floors. The toilet didn't work and the whole hallway and room again reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. The side/rear doors that are supposed to be secure were unlocked so anyone could walk into the hotel. No security at all. There was exposed wiring as well. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY!!!! We refused to stay there and were told the clerk couldn't give us a refund and to reach out to the manager who wasn't there. I emailed him 4 days and have still not heard back. Basically out our money. Whatever you do DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
