Leased a new F-150 from newins ford and Dan Salvatore today. Best sales experience I've had at a dealership. Quick and simple process, extremely happy. Couldn't recommend this dealership more.

Came looking for a truck I was interested in, I emailed them on the availability, they got back quick and told me to pass by and test drive it . I went on the test drive and the truck was amazing. We then talked some numbers and I was satisfied with what I was seeing so I informed them that I was coming back in a few days. When I came back, I arrived in the morning and we were pretty much settled on most of the paperwork and finances by noon and just had to wait on the truck. First it was an hour wait, then turned into 2 then 3. It was until half an hour to 5 when the truck was finally ready. I understand there were some last minute changes needed made to the truck. However, I felt that the costumer service wasnt up to par with the Fords that Ive been to. I understood the first hour and maybe even the second. But it came to the point where we were asked if we wanted to return tomorrow and that disappointed me. On top of that, complimentary services were not offered as other Fords Ive been to. Ive been to various locations and have been a loyal costumer of Ford for many years. This experience was a bit disappointing due to the customer courtesy (such as being offered at least water ). Overall satisfied with my purchase but not with this location.
