First visit

I would like to thank Dr. Freed and staff who went above and beyond in ensuring that I received the proper care and adjustment for my hearing aid. He was very attentive and caring. I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Freed and his staff if you are having hearing problems.

I have trusted Dr. Hal Freed AU.D.,F-AAA, Founder of the Acoustic Hearing Center (AHC), several times over the past few years. The facility is always extremely clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. I had my second WIDEX fitting this summer, and I was very pleased with my experience. I was the only customer in the waiting area when I first arrived, as well as, when my appointment was over. The best part of our interaction was the tour of Dr. Freed's eclectic art collection of music legends decorating every wall from the front desk to the back office and the long hallway in between. He and I were surprised to find out we shared a great passion for music. Time seemed to fly, and before I knew it, he gave me a new app for my Android to equalize the frequencies of my tinnitus masker and referred me to one of the top ENT-otolaryngologists in New York City. Knowing he genuinely cared made me feel safe with the knowledge of Dr. Freed's recommendation. I’ll definitely be going back soon.
