I made a last minute appointment online for an oil change and inspection renewal. They called about half an hour later to confirm, which I appreciated! When I showed up, they realized they made an error in failing to communicate that they no longer have an inspector at this location, but were VERY QUICK to make a call to the Mavis location down the road to confirm an inspector was available and that my car could be serviced that day.
I always try and allot an entire day when my car needs any work to alleviate stress on my end, so timing wasnt an issue, but I sincerely appreciate the willingness of the gentlemen at the front desk to take responsibility and route a solution for me so I wasnt left hanging!

I have never felt the need to review a place publicly until I went here. Absolutely OUTSTANDING service.
Was on my way to work Wednesday 3/27 when my front passenger side tire came off the rim. I knew there was a leak in it, but didnt realize that it had gone flat overnight, and now here I am on the side of the road with a useless tire. I switched on my spare and ran it over to Mavis, freaking out because here I am late for work, and I have to drive home to VT for the weekend for Easter and I dont know how Ill manage that with my spare on.
The gentleman at the counter, whose name I believe was DJ, was genuinely one of the greatest people Ive ever met. I genuinely wish this man nothing but the best in life. He took a look at my car and immediately brought it in to fix up my tire. Within 30 minutes my tire was patched up and back on my car.
Now Im used to dealing with shady auto places that charge you an arm and a leg for services, especially for bringing it in last second. So Im at the counter expecting to pay $150+ for their work. When they told me it was only $27, I was shocked. Left that day with a good tire and a happy wallet. I will definitely be back!

They took so long and they will try and sell you stuff that you need for your car and it really doesnt need it or fix the problem they didnt put my stuff back right on my car and it broke and they have yet to replace it dont recommend
