We also bypass Santa Rosa because of the reviews, this place was worth the wait. Establishment has a bar on one side with sports playing on every corner of the restaurant. We both had chicken fried chicken, although i like my breading a little thicker and crunchy being from the south it was still cooked well and was a real piece of chicken not some pressed patty. The service was very pleasant and upbeat and they actually checked on you. We also decided to eat dessert after the chocolate cream pie "hockey pie with caf slobbers" is what i know it as was excellent

Absolutely love this place. I pass through here regularly and stop in every chance I get. The food is delicious, I have tried just about everything on the menu and not once was I disappointed with the food. The staff is very nice and friendly and the prices are great. Can't go wrong with this place!

Excellent food and service, Elizabeth is a GREAT server. We will stop here next trip through Tucumcari.

As of December 3, 2015, this restaurant was closed. Sign on front said closure was due to a fire. So my rating is low, only because I didn't get to eat there.
