My bill for WNM's Silver Service is $111.09 and most of the time I can't get online or it automatically closes down my computer screen halfway through an app. I've asked for an upgrade, but heard nothing from them. I'm at my wit's end.

I have been with WNM over two years now and love it. Yes, when the weather is bad, the internet may cut out but that doesn't happen all that much. My former provider was terrible so I will stay with WNM.

Im an online college student and I literally rely on my hotspot on my phone to complete homework assignments. I like the technicians but the internet is terrible. Goes in and out all the time. About to transfer to starlink and stop wasting my time and money with this internet provider. SAVE YOUR MONEY & look at other options.
