Wow! They provide the best service - so quick and efficient (and I mean both the internet service AND the customer service)! Unfortunately, the weather does slow things down just a little bit, but of course that cannot be helped, and it isn't really that bad.. it makes you stop for a moment and enjoy the rain - ha ha. Seriously, though, I HIGHLY recommend Cyber Mesa!!

They are very nice people who always try and help. Unfortunately their speeds are inconsistent. Best is 10 mostly less. Problems occur every month or two. Their speeds will drop off and you have to sit there for the evening waiting to see if they will come back. If it's late then you wait till morning. Today I have speeds of 6 and pages won't load. I call they are busy and have to wait maybe this evening maybe tomorrow. Unfortunately they are the only game in our rural area. There is Windstream but their speeds suck. I will have Starlink up by end of week but it's expensive. It's all part of our collapsing American infrastructure.

I havent had internet for 3 days. This is the 5th time its been out for days in the last three months. Cyber mesa doesnt offer tech support and they wont return my calls or schedule a tech to fix the issue. I cant even reach them to cancel my service. Do not use!

Slow, unreliable internet service that drops multiple times a day and sometimes is out for days. Unresponsive customer service, zero tech support. A poorly run company.

A really bad product. Slow, outdated, expensive technology with no customer support.
