I went in to get a boutonniere and the next day when I picked it up and got home to look at it it was starting to wilt and all the way opened. Since it was so open, petals kept falling off throughout the night and it got too heavy because of how open the rose was, causing the WHOLE entire flower to fall off! On the night of homecoming. We had to stop taking pictures and go to Peoples Flowers to get a new boutonniere made. Very disappointed with the quality of my boutonniere, due to the fact that the company made one that was way too bloomed to use, causing it to break. The next day I called and the lady informed me she would give my number to the owner to discuss a refund...never got a call, or refund.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandma in the hospital. They didn’t get delivered before she was discharged so I kept calling to see if I could pick them up or get them delivered to her house, no one answered my 10+ calls or emails. What a bunch of crooks!!! Don’t waste your time or money

Absoultely horrible customer service, unorganized. Cancelled an order made online via phone over three times with the local shop weeks before the scheduled delivery. Called to confirm the cancellation after reading all the reviews of other customers nightmares. Order was still delivered and I was still charged. Recommend using another flower shop, should have listened to the reviews...
