My 2 and 3-year-old children had only seen him for 1 cleaning appointment. After said appointment, I scheduled another cleaning appointment with them to get their teeth cleaned again 6 months in advance. The 1st time, it was canceled, without any notice, so I went in expecting there to be an appointment for them, only to find out there wasn't and decided to reschedule it for 2 weeks later, and within the same week it was canceled, again. This time, with actual notice, stating of "scheduling conflicts" and one doctor. Yet I've already scheduled this appointment months in advance before. Normally, I would be obliged to reschedule again, but seeing as how this is the second time this has happened, I decided not to. And will not be coming back again.
All of the staff there (except for one) are not polite, and the doctor seems impatient with his clients.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would suggest you look somewhere else. Especially if you have children. Try Lovington! Or Roswell!

Except for trying to schedule the appointment by phone, which apparently was answered by a regional call center, which recommended that I just walk in the next morning, every other experience I had with Familia Dental was great, from the kind and considerate receptionists to the dental assistants, x-ray tech, and the dentist, who answered all my questions.

M.M. The Dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful,will definitely use them again
