Been going here for a few years and everything was great till this year. I was told me and my partner couldn't both do head of household and I had said on the phone not to do it after I had asked why and such. Anyway, she did it anyway and now I have to do an adjustment. I said not to put us both and when I got to the office she had already done it. Paid way more than any other year with less to do than any other year. I get everyone is having a hard time with covid. Try doing it with all of that and not getting your tax return because someone wanted to be sparky and check a box they KNOW THEY SHOULDNT.

Very unprofessional lady has a horrible attitude they completely messed up my taxes and she still got an attitude with me

My mother and I have been going here for years with no issues. Very nice people and reasonable prices. :) the lady even remembers little details about me :)
