Our bikes were stolen within 1 hr of being there. Of course not enough parking so left us to park in Hilton fenced area and still robbed. Park at your own risk is understatement. Hilton can afford to help but no!! 24/7 security??? Where were they at?? Took thevies awhile (time to break lock, unload 4 bikes, and throw 2 over the fence, where was your 24/7 security)!!Maybe your security was look out for the thieves!? If you valued our business you would've refunded our room but you didn't!! That clearly shows how little you care!! OWNER, YOU CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT CUSTOMER, CLEARLY!!! We will never be back!!

The rooms are very clean, the security is very vigilant (I felt safe staying here) and my only complaint is the pillows werent extremely comfy. They have a nice second floor outside space with fire places and outside tables. We did not eat at the restaurant. If you are looking to stay close to the convention center, this place is about an 8 minute walk, though, I would not recommend walking alone to or from it at night. There are some close by restaurants in walking distance.

Newer combo hotel with very nice design. Parking garages are gated, but fill up fast. The underground one will be the most vacant. Garden Inn on lower floors, Homewood on the top two floors. Unfortunately it is ruined by two major problems, in my opinion, plus one more minor gripe:
1. Beds are horrible. Firm, cheap mattress. If you need a soft, comfortable bed, do not stay here. Both sections use the same mattresses. I even asked several other guests, they agreed. Stop being so cheap, Hilton! In my experience you have to stay at a Double Tree or higher to get a premium mattress.
2. Road noise. Omg, Central Ave is completely out of control. Expect to hear every loud car in town showing off for the crowds til about midnight. There's also a train nearby, to the west.
3. My room had a standing shower. It is very narrow. The "convenient" shampoo and soap dispensers are mounted right where your elbows are, so expect to be whacking those. Brilliant.
