Outstanding product selection and prices! I just made a big order and accidentally ordered two of a non-returnable hazardous item and they gave me credit for the item I couldn't return. Needless to say, customer service is top notch!

Placed a $1200 order. Found out my order was voided because of "undeliverable email". I had to create an account with a valid email in order to place an order, very suspicious. I was told I had to reorder again online, upon doing so I found out the item was immediately out of stock. I believe my order was voided because their inventory tracking system was incorrect. I am very disappointed because this seems to be a very reputable business, but this was my 1st impression.
