My experience was absolutely phenomenal. My agent Joseph was very knowledgeable and was able to save me money on my car insurance. He made the process from begging to end very easy. Highly recommended if you want to have some extra cash each month. He was even able to give me quotes and options with just a couple of questions. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I have been Searching for a great auto insurance, and did not have any positive previous experiences. I walked in a bit hesitant into Acceptance insurance - but the young lady Kenia assisted me so searching for a great auto insurance, and did not have any positive previous experiences. I walked in a bit hesitant into acceptance insurance but the young lady Kenia assisted me so well- she was so detail oriented- answered all my questions above and beyond and took the time to explain everything in detail, made me feel so comfortable with my decision... The man at the central location seems to be DONE with his job. I just got off the phone with him and to no surprise was told "I'm exhausted with this matter to be honest" I've never appreciated the customer service he has offered but since I am leaving to another company because of unexplained $110 reinstallment fee he felt the need to reply with my question with to be honest I'm just really exhausted with it all" haha so am I buddy. $510 for 2 full coverage cats. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSE WERE!!!!
