I have had warranty work done on two homes and my experience is that most foundation companies warranty their work for 5years, 10years or lifetime. We bought a home in Placitas, New Mexico, where Vic Peery Construction installed over 38 piers and come to find out they only provide 1 year warranty. Seems like only poor quality construction would not offer a better warranty on this type of product.

I called asking for a consultation on a house I am looking to buy. I was completely fine with paying the $135 consult fee for his time. The guy however refused to do any services because of how I earn my living. I cannot believe that a business is discriminatory based on my profession.

When I first realized I had a foundation problem I was very worried and had no idea what to do. I called many companies; some tried to scam me and many didn't even call back me back. But Dave at Vic Peery was awesome! Responsive, helpful, and honest from the get go. Should I have any other problems in the future I will definitely be using this company!
