      image Living in LaLuz NM, I've had homeowners ins with them over twenty years. About two years ago we had a bad hail storm hit us, and damage our roof. Other roofs were damaged on our street and the others recieved new roofs. We got a check for $69.00. Yes that is correct and were told we better get it fixed in a few months or we will lose our ins. When we tried to talk to Carolina Gutierrez's office they didn't what to hear it. Sorry to say that's the truth.

      image I had been with Carolina for over two and a half years. Great rates, until my last payment for Dec 2022. I had gotten charged a little less than double what my rate was for a 08 honda no traffic tickets. I reached out and was told over the phone I would be reach out to talk about rates and its been over a month with no contact. Im not mad just disappointed.
