Kenny of Rogers Heating and Cooling is absolutely the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonable, all the qualities I look for in a service technician. He replaced my old Oil Furnace with a Gas Furnance and installed an Ecobee thermostat. He is the best and this is the third time I have used him on different homes. I was very disappointed with the follow through of Rogers Heating. They came to our home on Nov 22nd and had to order a part. Was told they when the part was available he would come back and fix it and we even agreed to a service agreement for maintenance on our system. Almost three weeks later, Ive texted two times and emailed once about a follow up and no response. Very disappointed and wont be recommending Rogers Heating!

It was a pleasure to deal with Kenny from initial phone call to estimate to installation. Im a former plumber and I have connections, but after seeing the work and fair price he afforded my daughter & son-in-law on their home, I gave him a call for an estimate needing a new system for my condo. Kenny knows his engineering, is very knowledgeable and sized & specd my home right. His pipework is artistic and soldering is clean. Danny, his apprentice was meticulous and courteous. Lastly, Kenny picks up the phone its comforting knowing you can reach the owner youre not dealing with one of the larger outfits with their fluff sales tactics and a kid reading a script. -Best of luck, Kenny youll be highly recommended. -John S. I was very impressed by Mr. Rogers's knowledge and work ethics! He takes the time to make sure his employees know what they are doing and constantly reinforces the respect for the customers home. I have a very difficult structure and layout, the effort Mr. Rogers put into my home was fantastic.. My home is now running on Central Air and couldn't be happier! Service: Install AC
