If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is so unpleasant like them having to make my bowl is a chore to them. The shrimp did not look appetizing and I cannot eat meat for religious reasons so I asked for extra beans instead. It was basically bean soup. The pickled onions were not pickled, they were just raw red onions. I had the option to get buy one get one free because of a Valentines Day offer and I didnt even use up the deal the food was that bad! Imagine that, its free food and yet I wouldnt even want to eat it for free! Im never coming here again! CHIPOTLE GIRL FOR LIFE ARE YOU KIDDING

I'd call myself a bit of a burrito connoisseur. I've had more than my fair share of burritos in my life. I've had good and I've had bad. This officially is the worst burrito I've had in my entire life. The staff was rude, and when it came to the loading the burrito, it was loaded full of juices from the pinto beans, they didnt drain anything from any container. I ended with a soup of a burrito. Then when it came to wrapping, it busted open on the side and was not even fully wrapped, leaving exposed lettuce through the entire length of the burrito. It was entirely impossible to eat as a burrito. Had to dump it all out after taking the first bite. Then when I started eating it as a bowl, the rice is either uncooked or dried from sitting out too long, because there are crunchy sharp bits in the burrito. Amazingly terrible way to spend $12.45. Dear god go somewhere else in the food court

This Qdoba location has gone downhill. The employees are very rude and the food is just not as good. I got red onion on my bowl and the onion was cut so thick. The cilantro was not fresh, it was wilted and brown. The beef brisket is very dried out. My favorite is the shredded pork, that is even off-putting. They used to be very good, but I dont know what changed. If youre going to be rolling your eyes every time I make a choice of what food I want in my bowl, maybe you shouldnt be working there then. Very disappointed about how I was treated. I spent $16 to be disappointed.
