I spoke too soon. Still a very pleasant staff, Dr. Rodriguez and hygienist great clinicians. However,
coordination of care after 2nd visit left a lot to be desired. No return phone calls, prep for procedures left not completed I won't go back!

The lady answering the phone was stuck up and rude. She didnt want to take my info to make an appointment and put me on hold for over 15 mins and never got back to me. If you dont like your job maybe you should work elsewhere!!

I love going to Quality Dental in Vineland and since I've moved out of the area I now commute 45 minutes for my visits. Stephanie my dental hygienist is just wonderful. She is so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and great at her job. She even noticed a potential health issue I didn't even know I had and frankly helped save my life. It's great knowing that there are still people in the world that genuinely love to care for others. I will continue going to Quality Dental in Vineland and refer them to others. Thanks Stephanie, you're the best!

I have been using this dentist for nearly 20 years and have recently begun to notice a significant decline in the customer service delivered by them. I have been contacted several times regarding past due balances for services rendered that are 100% covered by my insurance plan. After contacting them and being told to ignore the notices because they have increased their prices but the insurance hasnt increased the negotiated payment rate is the usual response. I have also been contacted several times to reschedule appointments that are scheduled far enough in advance that they can accommodate or being rushed/asked to come in minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment so the 1 hygienist they have available can leave early. Absolutely recommend avoiding this dentist office as they do not value their patients the way they did nearly 20 years ago.
