Thank you so much to Rhianna and the girls at Bayada for sending Halyna to take care of my mom. They are so professional and caring and really went out of their way to accommodate my mom's needs. Our experience with Bayada has been amazing from the very start. Being that this is all new to us, the team at Bayada explained everything to us as well as taught us everything we needed to know. They also answered many questions for me and always called back with in a few minutes even if it was very late at night. Our home aide was a perfect match for my dad. All communication was organized and thorough.they left no stone unturned which made this transition to home care seamless. We are forever grateful for Bayada for helping my dad get back on track and healthy again. Look no further, Bayada is the best!

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my Dad is receiving from Bayada, as he struggles with the daily battle of Dementia. His aide, Ana, is truly one of God's angels. She has been with us for a year and a half and brings such love and joy to my Dad's life, as well as my family. Ana learned a very specific card game that my father loves and still remembers, and it is beautiful to listen to them laugh as they play. Despite the steady decline of this disease, Ana is able to make him feel special, loved and relevant. He loves old movies and together they watch and discuss the storylines and music. She is also vigilant in making sure he eats properly and has enough juice or water to stay hydrated.
The entire staff at Bayada is wonderful and really concerned about my Dad's care. Victoria, the Nurse, comes monthly as well as whenever a need arises, to make sure he is getting his physical needs attended to. I am always contacted by the staff if Ana cannot come to my home, and am offered a replacement. They are extremely dependable, courteous and customer service driven. Bayada really goes the extra mile and takes the time to get to know each patient. I highly recommend this company and am so happy that I chose them. Sincerely, Lisa and my Dad, Bruno
