Does anyone from this location knows the difference between HOT COFFEE AND HOT TEA every single time I go their very ridiculous I am done with this location all together this location needs to be closed permanently they are the worst Dunkin throughout this county

Local DD. They are always nice and the drive thru moves pretty quickly. Never an issue with coffee.(that is all I ever order though)

My neighbors and I have been regulars for years but the people running the Dunks now are a disgrace. When you are a familiar face to the employees, they confide in you! We have all been hearing stories about the new guy in charge bullying young employees and even in the lobby you can smell his bodily odor. We have had to start visiting the Hamburg location as a result of how downhill things have gone.

4.25.22-AM-The coffee here is usually good. I like coffee bold. Last couple of weeks, usually in the morning, I've ordered "midnight roast" coffee but it's really "weak". In a matter of fact it's somewhat on the level of their regular coffee, . So I was wondering if they were mixing it up. I went inside to address it, and they were nice enough make me another cup, but it was the same. I don't know who's making the coffee, but please kick it up!!
UPDATE;. 4.26.22 AM- Got a good cup of "midnight roast" coffee!!!!
