This amazing place for my toodles, they’re growing, learning and enjoying their experience every session. All staff and lessons are very supportive and safe. Even throughout the pandemic, I was able to continue my memebership with no cancellation or any delay due to any COVID related situation. Highly recommend it!!

Not a good experience at all. The staff was rude, clueless, and careless. Poor management and dirty.
Also, 10 minutes after posting my review above, the manager? called trying to "make peace?" of my opinion, when I told her my billing concerns she tried defending the situation and ended up saying "well I was going to offer you your money back not now I'm not so have a nice day" and hung up. Very unprofessional.

They really need to clean their bathrooms. The women bathroom was disgusting and I noticed one of the workers there used the bathroom, didn't flush the toliet and most of all didn't wash their hands. That's nasty. I told front desk and received an attitude in response. Not great customer service. But as far as swimming is concerned my kids have a good trainer

We have been coming here for about a year and my kids love it!!!! 😀 They are always so excited for lessons and family swim times!!!! 😀
