I wasn't explained return coreectly, I had a later reservation 5 pm and was able to pick it up earlier. and was told if we bring it back just a little late we wouldn't have an issue. we brought it back at 5:15. I'm totally disatisfied with the service and the i don't care attitude of the employees when I call to question addition charges. I just received the addditional charges a week after we returned it truck. why was this addressed at the return?

Rented a pickup truck for a quick and local furniture move and was as advised that as of yesterday the 25$ insurance was mandatory for my 30$ rental. Absolutely ridiculous and is clearly out of line with official Uhaul policy, perhaps management should work with corporate to solve their vandalism issue.
Save your money and get a Home Depot pickup truck.

When arriving a U haul Team Member was training a new associate during my transaction and was very thorough and detailed. Both associates were pleasant and made the experience quick and easy..GREAT JOB!!

Nice, quiet little park with good walking/exercise paths. Clean and safe with shaded areas to walk.
