Went in at 9:30 pm. Ordered fries. When they arrived they were Crunchy. I brought them back to the cashier and asked her if they had fresh ones coming out. She took them and mumbled that they wee probably all come out that way because of the oil. A few minutes later she handed me fries that were much hotter but just as crunchy. I asked her if she liked crunchy fries and would she eat them. She said she liked her fries crunchy and very very crunchy. I told her that McDonalds fries arent suposed to be crunchy. They are serving food that is not up to McDonaldds standards and apparently dont care. Sad.

To the manager on duty 2/27 2pm, i just wanted to thank you and your crew for the 1/4 pound burger that was prepared for me exactly the way i dont want any burger served! Cheese was not melted and not carefully placed the burger which was cold the onions just rite pickle as it was supposed to be and the bread fine. So to serve a 1/4 pounder in this way is not how McDonalds has made their name, is it? For the price that is charged for this burger i think the least you can do is see that youre putting out a brand representative burger. This was not freshly made and should have been discarded. This order was done through your app. The medium fries that came with the order were excellent, hot and done perfectly. If hit or miss were the corporate slogan your location would wear it well!
