      image If you value your time go visit another branch or better yet, a different bank entirely.
      Today, I stood at this branch for 37 minutes waiting to process a large wire.
      The bankers were taking their time chatting away with clients totally ignoring the fact that there are people waiting.
      Branch Manager Case Petrolita avoided eye contact for over 30 minutes while she yapped away on her phone.
