If there were zero stars, I would give it to this location. When I called and someone actually answered the phone (they rarely answer, you're usually required to leave a voicemail which they don't return), Carrie was rude, unprofessional, and blamed everyone but herself for the agency's lack of communication. The general manager, Alison, then emailed me and said she would take me out of their system because the experience had been such a disaster for me. She did this knowing that I had a sitter booked through them for the next 3 days, which cancelled my care and left me scrambling even more. This has been such a stressful and awful experience, I don't know how I managed to maintain professionalism throughout. My professional and personal opinion on this agency is I will quite simply never again use them.
