I was in unit 4 which was for kids 5 to 17 and I would like to say you have all helped me so much and thank you to all the staff for being there for me I left on February 2nd feeling so much better about how my future would turn out. If it is possible tell Ms. Callie, Ms. Fredna, Ms. Peice, and Mr Gary that Bella from TU4 said that she is so happy to have been there and have them help her. I am so appreciative of everything they have done for me. Also tell Ms Callie and Ms. Peice thank you so much for the croc gibbitz I wear them almost everyday on my crocs. thank you so much for everything. I miss you guys.

It was so hard to get updates on my mother. No one provided clear information on her condition. Discharge planning was poorno follow up visits, and case management couldnt establish home care services. The staff answer the phones as if it is their own homes. Nurses rarely ever come to the phone. Im so disheartened by the way my mother was treated and how the staff behaved.
