image Only went there because it's very close to where I live. Doctors and staff seem very inexperience, most of them are students in practice. Only good thing is easy to get an appointment because not many patients go there. Now I understand why.

image Dr siddichi was very blah about my issues which I can deal. But when she sent me for blood work the tech on their floor who does it, stuck the needle in (which usually im a little uneasy at first but then it's fine considering how much blood work and ivs I've had over the past 6 months) took it out fast ajd I asked if she was done bc it burned and hurt way more than usual. She said no and she gives up and she's not doing it to go somewhere else. And also that I have tattoos ajd doesn't understand why it hurts me so much. Ling story short been a few hours later and my vain turned purple abbraised and still burning, sore which now has to be checked out by my Dr. Thank you for me driving 45 minites away looking for helo to be treated Like this. I left so upset choking back tears what an awful experience.

image Unprofessional and rude non medical office staff. Calls never returned. I have been at check out while they are stuffing their faces at their desks; No it wasn’t lunch time. Food is in the filing cabinets. If it wasn’t for my doctor, Linda Brecher, I would never go to that place again.

image The receptionist is VERY RUDE her name is PEG .I had an in office appointment with Dr.Mobley which went well .However, after my 4pm appointment Dr.Mobley supposedly had sent my medication to the pharmacy electronically. I contacted the pharmacy and was told the prescription did not go through and they can't give me anything because of the type of medication. The pharmacy also knows I can't go without my medication.I drove back to the office to tell the receptionist (PEG) to inform DR.Mobley to either write a paper prescription or resend my medication .Peg said" I need to leave the building your appointment is over and said your the patient with covid- 19" .I said" What who told you that "she said sorry I thought you have covid ..I said its been a misunderstanding I wrote on the paper I was tested for covid -19 on 10/21/20 but my results aren't back yet .So don't assume I have covid I was really offended because she must of been ease dropping.Anyway, Peg said" I need to ask you to leave the building now since you been seen "..I said " I NEED MY MEDICATION !!!!!! tell the doctor to resend it" .She slammed the door in my face and said if I don't leave the building she will call security.I told her I just need my medication .Now it's after 5pm and the pharmacy has tried calling and Peg left for the day.Rowan Medicine needs to get a service for patients to get in touch with their doctor's or have emergency on-call or physician assistant who could call my medication in asap.I call the after hours number and told someone who said they will get the message to doctor .I also told the man I spoke with I need to file a complaint.Peg needs to be fired; its her fault that I'm out of medication because any other receptionist who cares about patients concerns would of just went to the back of the office and told Dr.Mobley .I need to find another pain management office because this place patients complaints & concerns go unnoticed & unaddress.
