I've used Pragati for a few different services now and she has always been very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I am please with the way she handles her business and will continue to use her in the future.

I didn't directly have any communication with Prajati Parikh, she was the attorney from the person we bought a house from. However, she was very rude to my attorney, only replied to certain emails. She for some reason thinks she is better than everyone else and has the right to talk down to people. Also rude to the Title Company when in fact it was her mistake that she did not know the rules of the company. Our seller was very nice, however his realtor and his attorney made our experience of buying our first house very difficult. Would not recommend her to anyone. She does not know how to talk to people, acts like it is a bother to actually DO HER JOB. If you are buying a house or selling a house, please turn the other way and find someone else. Contact me and I will recommend my attorney. :)
Just to reply to your comment Prajati, you are very defensive but I guess you have to be with your attitude. The reason we delayed on closing the inspection is because I was working long hours at the hospital and I merely forgot, was not my attorneys fault. After we sent our inspection report, your client and you took about two weeks to get back to us with a response so not sure why our delay was such a big deal to your client. Again, when we asked to push the closing for a month, your client said yes without any argument, no one forced them. We just asked, he could have said no but he didnt so no reason to take that out on us. Again, all we sent was what the inspection report told us, any changes were recommended by the inspector. Nothing was cosmetic lot of things were safety hazards in our opinion, which is why it was included in the report. If you are talking about the doors, your client had told us he would put the doors up, if he didnt it would not have been end of the world, we could have paid someone else to do it. Unlike you and your client we are pretty flexible and easy going. So please dont make things up. And yes I did admit I didnt talk to you because I am not a liar. My reason to go back was not for measurements, it was to show my dad the house because he was traveling when we initially saw it, and I even made that clear to my attorney and realtor but it may not have been relayed to you. I had also asked to show the house on my sons birthday because it would have been a surprise for him since he didnt know about the house, and that also was not allowed which just shows how cold hearted and vengeful you can be when things dont go your guys way. Youre talking about common sense? As a lawyer you should have known about the rules and regulations of the title company, if you didnt mess up your client would not have had to change her flight and come to NJ earlier to sign a power of attorney which was signed last year which in your law book was okay to submit for the closing. Clearly it was not. And as to your client working with you, and his absolutely obnoxious realtor, people with similar attitudes tend to stick together. :). You dont need to reply to this and waste your unnecessary time, Im sure you have lots of people to show your egotistic attitude and behavior to. Have a wonderful day.

I found Pragati to be really professional and an important guide in buying my home in NJ, Pragati wasnt recommended by my realtor. I chose her. Especially when buying a home in this seller market and prices highly inflated, I wanted someone who is extremely professional. I only spoke for few mins with her before making the decision to go with her.
She always responded promptly and accurately. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and colleagues.
Thank you.
