      image They are not interested in helping you, they are only interested in upselling you. They didn't even want to go over plan options with me and were trying not to be transparent. In addition to my phone, they are trying to sell Verizon internet as a secondary backup to my home internet...unbelievable...who does this? And at speeds 10x slower than I currently have. Find somewhere else that will actually help.

      image sold me a defective product for $50. it stopped working within 45 days. could not exchange past 30 days. they wouldnt replace the product and want me to pay an additional $15 for the company to ship me a new one.
