The house we bought had a wood stove installed by FireFox. We decided to use them to clean our chimney every year. They used to do a great job, however the last two years they stopped removing the pipe from the stove while cleaning. When we questioned them about it in the cleaning, they said that they didn't need to remove it in order to clean. After our last cleaning, we started getting a lot of smoke in our house and the house smelled strongly of smoke when we weren't even using the stove. We called to question about the smell and if it could be from not removing the pipe when cleaning. We were told no. At this point we decided to call another company, Hearth and Home, to come check out the chimney to see if they would take the pipe off and clean. They came out and told us that there is no way to clean fully without taking that pipe off. They removed it and it was so coated that it was barely able to let the smoke out, thus causing the smoke in our house and the stench. Needless to say, we will not be calling FireFox ever again. Hearth and Home is our new go to.

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about my new Woodstove AND FIREFOX ENERGY CONCEPTS. Why? They installed and can service my stove. Anything I need, they have. Any questions I have, I just KNOW a KNOWLEDGEABLE and highly qualified person is there for me. Not a fly by night salesperson. Thank you FIREFOX again love my Woodstove.
