Have not bought a home in many years
Bought a condo in November 2023 and everything has changed
quite a bit. Dana Ailes was my mortgage broker and she and her team swooped up to take care of my questions and concerns. Everything went very smoothly and in swift time from Oct 10th to Nov 30th start to finish. I truly appreciate the efforts, especially Dana showing up at the closing, as not many really go in person anymore. Definitely recommend Dana and her team at Gateway.

First time homebuyers and the process was intimidating. From our originator Scott to the final closing, the entire staff was amazing! They worked hard for us and patiently explained everything. Even after we closed, I had an issue with a payment posting and the customer service reps at the main HQ were awesome. They cleared it up lightning fast . VERY happy being a Gateway customer!
