Amazing teachers that bring real world experience to the classroom. I thought it would be hard learning through zoom, but boy was I wrong. The teachers take their time to explain everything in detail. There was also constant class involvement, so don't worry about being bored, you wont have time for that. I am so glad my friend told me about Elite Advantage. Now its my turn recommending them to whoever is reading this right now. If you think you cant do it, you can! Trust their process and sign up.

So far I think it is very interesting slot to learn and very excited about it. The teacher is very informative and easy to listen to not boring. I cant wait to see what the next 9 weeks bring.
ok folks this is my second time around (my fault) but i feel more confident then before, Fred is a great teacher and I will recommend this school to everyone that i can, He is funny too.

I didn't know what to expect before beginning the class. EAREA made the subject matter make complete sense. I didn't just comprehend the information, I understood it. I would highly recommend Fred's 75 hour licensing course.

Such a great class! Fred and Toni were awesome instructors and they always backed up the content with real life scenarios. I felt more than prepared to take the state exam and passed on the first try. That is not without putting in the work on your end though - make sure you read the chapters, do all review questions, and make notecards (or whatever study method that helps you retain info). I would definitely recommend this course to anyone shopping around for a real estate school.
