      image I had great experiences here (as great as dental surgery can possibly be). Everyone I encountered was kind, patient, and helpful. I saw Dr. Wagner for appointments and one of my surgeries, and she had great bedside manor. Her and all of the nurses I encountered were very helpful and kind.

      image The good news is that everyone there is very, very nice. The bad news is that they took a panorex x-ray that had zero diagnostic value with regard to the oral lesions that precipitated the visit. We were referred to an ENT for actual treatment. The nurse there laughed when we told her, in answer to her question about radiographs, that a panorex had been taken. She told us it was of no use whatsoever. The charge for the panorex at Lanzi Burke was $160. It was not covered by our insurance because it was useless for diagnosing soft-tissue lesions.
