Theyre quick to get to the bottom of things when being seen, but the follow ups and prior authorizations not so much. I waited weeks for my Zepbound prior authorization to be completed just for my insurance to deny it. My insurance told me to try Wegovy so the doctor ordered that and once again they are failing to do my prior authorization. I have left two messages on my chart and called and it still isnt completed after it originally was supposed to be delivered between 3/4-3/8. If you need things done, Id recommend finding another doctor

Why bother scheduling appointments you're never seen on time! Virtua is way better this place sucks there's always a issue! Absolute garbage!

I am unsure about these reviews. I have always had nothing but a great experience. Staff is courteous and pleasant and Dr. Horvath is empathetic and caring. I really appreciate what everyone does for me at this office. Keep up the great work.

Do NOT consider this practice. I saw both female doctors several times for symptoms they coldly blew off as "anxiety" I left feeling guilty I had bothered them even though I was not being treated for anxiety. I finally went to the ER after a night of terrible suffering and after simple bloodwork found I had dangerously low potassium levels with hypokelemia. I had been suffering with shakiness/trembling for months. I could have died!!! I was given potassium immediately at the hospital and symptoms cleared. I am now on daily potassium. I immediately switched doctors. They put my life at risk and dismissed me after several appointments with the same symptoms! Basic bloodwork would have caught the problem!! Please find a new doctors. God forbid anything serious happens. They won't catch it.
