Scheduled a truck about a month ago for new years for the Garwood location and was told Id be getting a call a few days before to confirm the time and location of the pick up. Never heard anything from anyone and the day of the move on the way to the Garwood location I checked the U-Haul app and found the location changed to Scotch Plains without any notification. After I picked up the truck and dropped it off I tried to get the $50 discount because it wasnt at the location I picked and no one said anything. After talking all up and down the chain they said they didnt want to honor it cause in their system it had a note they called even though I offered to show my entire call history from the phone company (so it cant be edited) to show theyre lying and the manager of this location said he didnt care. He even made a snarky comment that its only a 2 mile distance from the Garwood location so it shouldnt matter.

I have a very nice experience, renting my auto Transporter from this locatio I Scotch Plains . Service was top-notch manager, SAMI he is very friendly, I recommend it I will go back

Im sticking with the Scotch Plains location!
Service personnel are on point knowledgeable,
helpful with supplies
& instructions ; really cool to deal with.
My interactions with Sami, Manford & Allen were calming, cause moving can be chaotic & stressful. The attention & attitude I got there was informative & friendly; greatly appreciated the service they provided, Thanx ~ !!!

Went to go pick up my truck after hours using the 24/7 road share feature and the truck I was assigned to wasnt on the lot! Employees definitely need better training.

Very efficient & knowledgeable staff/ management. My favorite Uhaul center in the area.
