Went from bad to worse. Now no tellers....although based on their service that could be a good thing. One of the previous tellers now stands next to what is called an EATM, which is an ATM that they threw an E in front of and he tries to convince you its the same thing as dealing with a human.

Second day coming here to deposit my money and the ATM still out of order (cash deposits). How can this happen being the only branch in Saddle Brook.

Today I was at Chase Bank in Saddle Brook NJ to fix a possible case of identity theft, I was lucky and pleased to be taken care of by Nancy Scorso, I hope I wrote her name correctly. The whole process took more than two hours and Nancy had the patience and professionalism to guide me step by step and even make calls that I should have made. I could write a whole page to express the good attention received, but it is enough to say that a few minutes before I had been in another Chase office in Garfield NJ with the same situation and the attention was so bad that I thought about changing banks immediately, but Nancy's amaizing job made me change my mind.
It's good that there are still nice people in the world of banks, I wish some Chase manager could read my review and appreciate the great employee that Nancy is if they don't know it yet.
