TOTAL FRAUD

I bought the platinum plus policy then later found out they are not licensed to do business in Utah yet they do not refund my money total thief’s the Insurance commissioner states they wont respond to their inquiries.

Advise you not to use this company!!

Placed a claim and its been 2 months a of calling them nothing done, wait on hold for more than a hour to speak to someone and nothing done, and no one has a voice mail to is working. Still cant get them to even follow though with my claim to get my car fix, constant point the finger at someone else.

Updated portion of review **I requested my policy to be canceled back in June of this year (2021) and was told I’d receive my refund in the mail. It’s now September and I still haven’t received my refund. 3 months later**
I recently sent an email to the claims department on 29May to initiate the claims process for my vehicle. I have yet to receive an email response or a phone from this company. Keep in mind, I’ve called customer service and have been told twice that someone will call me and that they were going to forward my case to the claims department. It’s now 09Jun and no response. It’s really disheartening to know you’ve paid for protection on your vehicle, but can’t even get assistance. Also, I’m not sure who’s idea it was to have a claims department that’s only open from Monday-Friday, when most repairs happen on the weekend. Why…because people have to go to work during the week, and the most time they have for vehicle repairs is the weekend. It would be nice to reach a claims representative on the weekends. Btw, I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours waiting to speak to a claims representative. If I could, I’d upload a picture. Notice how all these other post have received a response, yet I haven’t. Makes you wonder doesn’t it.

It’s been 6 weeks jumping through hoops and getting the run around and my truck is still not fixed! Two mechanics have verified it’s the transmission, but they won’t give the go ahead. Every time I call I get only a receptionist that says they will call me. No call at all after multiple calls on my side. I’m beginning to feel this is a total scam operation. The voice mail boxes are all full too. They tell you what you want to hear to get you signed up then disappear! I’d give them a 0 or negative score if I could!

So maybe if I leave a review here someone can get back to me. I have called 5 times to talk to someone about how to make a payment and to see if they got my VIN umber all I get is someone taking my info and say I will get a call back and still I am waiting since Aug 21. Also I have emailed 8 times as well and still nothing. Is this a scam and you just look for excuses to take out money???

I would not recommend this company!!! My truck had transmissions problems on 8/5. Since then, I have called many times and I was on hold for over 3 hours. Finally, they hung-up on me. They have never tried to contact me. My truck still is not fixed and their claims rep is very hard to reach. When I did speak with them, I was told they don't just replace transmissions in vehicles. After the third call, they wanted vehicle maintenance records. I submitted them over three weeks ago an still have not heard from them. They were going to send an adjuster to inspect my truck which has never happened. This is a waste of money......

When looking for an extended warranty plan and reviewing multiple companies, Liberty Bell topped my list with the best value. The company was very responsive to my inquiry and was the customer service rep took time to explain the warranty plans and went over the coverage and answered any questions I had. Very professional and did not rush or pressure me to make a snap decision. I recommend Liberty Bell when looking for an extended warranty plan.
