Skyrock has been a breeze as a first type homebuyer.
I have never experienced such exceptional service & support as with Julie and her team. Not only did they give me the best rate compared to competitors, it was a much more personalized and tailored experience. They coached/advised me every step of the way of my home purchase, and were always ready to go at all hours of the day and night if I needed anything.
I cannot imagine working with another mortgage company in the future, and will definitely be using Skyrock again and recommending them to others!

David and his team saved us from losing the home we wanted to buy! We started seeing warning signs with our previous mortgage brokers as soon as we committed to them, they treated us like criminals, and threatened to not close the deal should even the slightest hiccup occur. We fired them just a week before closing and went with David and his team. David is a true magician who turned our file around and got us clear to close in 6 days!!! Unheard of!!! Treated us with respect and support this whole stressful week that we tried to make things work! Thank you, David, thank you team, cant recommend them enough!

Julie Swartz did an amazing job getting my house to closing. Any issues we had with realtors, lawyers, or mortgage brokers along the way she was able to resolve. In our talks with her colleagues at Skyrock Mortgage, we knew that everyone on her team was dedicated and diligent. Julie was communicative, committed, and compassionate throughout every step of the process involved with getting a reasonable mortgage.
