In looking for a home safe I went to their Summit store. The sales person was Xavier. He clearly had little knowledge of safes and couldnt answer basic questions. Later that day I spoke with Matt Rogola in their main store. He apologized and said he would call back on an order I was prepared to give. He never called back. I sense the business is good at the basics (helping people locked out or their homes and making duplicate keys). I dont normally write such reviews, but this business seems poorly run by people not focused on the customer. I was totally surprised by the lack of expertise and product knowledge.

In all my time using Colline Bros I have had nothing but timely and great service - I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for their security services!

Great service. Made sure my car key worked before letting me out of the shop. Inexpensive.

Terrible service and poor workmanship. Came to the site after waving to him he sat in his van and didnt bother to come in then left. When he cam back he had an terrible attitude. The shop never told him what needed to be done. When he left my lock was not installed properly and the locks I wanted to rekeyed didnt get done. Did not have any necessary parts to be installed. Never going to use them for anything ever again. $200. Later I have to call someone else to get it doneanother wasted day.
