They run the neighborhood like the gestapo. There is no parking ANYWHERE. Most of the town houses only have 1 parking spot. You park on the street or anywhere else for 5 minutes and they fine you. I had a trash issue where the cans were smelling up the house, as they force you to keep them in the garage. They fine you for that if you leave them outside. Save your self a few blood pressure points and some sanity and live elsewhere. There are other communities that are much nicer, just as clean, without a militant HOA.
