Went there on a weekend for the buy one get one free. After I left I realized they charged us for both drinks. I called and the manager took my name and said next time we come in she'll make it right. 4 or maybe 5 days later, I went back and the same manager said it's been to long and she would only honor 1 of the 2 free drinks we were owed.. I pointed out that she never gave us a deadline and we live quite far and it's only been 4 or 5 days.. she continually insisted that we should have come back sooner and would only honor one...I've never heard of such a ridiculous edict. Such poor customer service especially when there are 3 Starbucks in this town of Ridgewood.

It's fine that they are deive thru only, but beware mobile order does not work at this place, and the staff do not care about missing orders. Starbucks app should disable mobile orders from this store.

Always makes a great cup of coffe. Plesant customer service. I always leave a tip.
