This was a disaster. These guys did not fix anything. I was left with more water leaks than before they came. Don’t bother using them for any roof repair. Jessie is not answering my calls anymore. He promised to show up but never did. It’s a one man company - the moment you have an issue this guy Jessie will just block you. I paid him in full and he does not care at all. This guy is a huge scam. Don’t be fooled by that fake politeness when they give you quotes. Rain was pouring into my house and basement just hours after these guys claimed to have fixed the leak (see the pictures). The worst contractor I have ever used. Avoid at all costs!! Terrible customer service. Took 6 phone calls and 4 days to get an invoice emailed to me after a fireplace inspection.

First the Man showed up with no mask. He looked as if he didn’t want to get his hands dirty. He Immediately wanted to walk out the door and claim that he can’t help us. So I ask for more details as to what is it that we needed help with. And he made a comment with regards to me being old and not understanding. Which is extremely inappropriate! I was shocked and taken back by that remark. I wanted information so I was able to explain in detail to the owner, who is not available at the time, so I can give her the details. I did not expect such a rude comment. Not sure if he would have treated a man in the same way.

Jesse and his crew are top notch. They did an outstanding job on my 1920’s Dutch colonial. They did a full chimney rebuild, roof replacement and gutters. Jesse was fair and informative. He came every day to check on the work. Always responds when called and will work with you on budget concerns. The crew were friendly, respectful and professional. They cleaned up every day and let the job site tidy. I highly recommended A1 professional chimney. It’s a company you can trust. 5 stars hands down. THANKS JESSE!!!
