image So they called me and I was about to get insurance but since I'm from Mexico and im an American citizen But I usually have to prove im a citizen I was playing my game I can't pause and they where asking me to take an e mail down but I couldn't and I was asking if they can just email me the info but the dude I think Ryan just hung up on me cause I didn't put my game down to die lol that was rude so what ever then I'll just find someone who is not rude and is understanding

image I have been a customer since 2008, I spoke to someone a few weeks ago but never returned my phone call about reducing my dwelling coverage. This is the worst company as they don't care about their loyal clients as they don't call or email you back at all. I will make one last attempt before going to switch to another agency who values customer service or drop Travelers as whole!

image I have been a customer of yours for many, many years and have had the worst customer service experience ever with your firm. I had a few questions about my policy and called your office many times leaving several messages and have gotten NO response. You can't speak to a live person or even get email responses in a timely manner. This has been my frustration for 6 months now. How can you seriously run a business that way? When I called to speak to the broker of the firm and asked for the name of that broker I was told that you don't give out last names?? What kind of a joke of an outfit are you running?

Unfortunatley Michele there were no offers that were to your liking. We dont make the rates and rules, we offer products that are offered by insurance companies. We sent you different quotes only to get back nothing or for you to change your mind. Your entitled to purchase what you like all we can do is make our best recommendation. Best of luck to you

image I was a customer of this agency for almost 10 years. Over the past 6 months, I tried to talk to someone to review my policies and could not get responses despite multiple requests. I ultimately changed brokers - the lack of responsiveness and attention they now give customers is despicable.

image This is the worst insurance agency in America.
I had 2 insurance policies for my company.
One General Liability (GL) and the other Workers Compensation (WC) both with CNA Insurance (CNA).
I bought them through MFP Global Services (Agent).
On 12/5/2018, I asked the Agent to cancel the GL policy.
They did not send (they have never sent) the Cancellation Request / Policy Release (Cancellation Form) for my signature.
They also did not promptly inform CNA I had canceled the GL policy.
On 12/8/2018, I paid premium of $0 on the GL policy and remaining balance on the WC policy.
On 12/17/2018, CNA sent an invoice demanding payment for the GL policy.
The invoice also contained a late fee which was payable immediately.
I asked the Agent what I should do with the invoice. They told me to ignore it.
Then they sent a (late) Cancellation Form to CNA.
The form contained a fake signature and a handwritten date of 12/17/2018.
They did this to cover up their failure to promptly inform CNA I had canceled the GL policy.
On 9/20/2019 at 8:49 AM, I called the Agent about my CNA Account.
In the call, their employee Valerie Zabriskie falsely claimed I had signed a Cancellation Form for the GL policy.
So, I tried to tell her I had only signed a Cancellation Form for the WC policy.
But she curtly interrupted me and started screaming at me she was not referring to the WC policy at all!
Then I expressed concern I had not received till date the refund for the WC policy.
I did this because Ms. Zabriskie had stated in an email sent a month ago that the refund would be processed shortly.
When I tried to follow up on the delay in getting the refund, she evaded the issue.
Then, Ms. Zabriskie sent me the Cancellation Form for the GL policy which she insisted I had signed.
When I asked her by email on 9/22/2019 why the signature in it was fake she replied as follows:
If you have not signed the form, then the policy is not canceled and will be reinstated.
After it is reinstated, you will have to pay full premium from the original date of cancellation to the new date of cancellation!
On 09/25/2019, Ms. Zabriskie sent yet another email. In it, she said:
CNA will not waive the late fee of $10.00 in the invoice of 12/17/2018.
This is because you have made several late payments in your account!
CNA previously sent a payment history which shows all payments from 2006 through 2019.
There is not a single payment in the list which was made late.
Given the above,
1. I filed a BBB complaint.
2. I filed a complaint with the NJ Department of Banking & Insurance.
3. My attorney sent them an intent-to-sue letter for Forgery, Deceptive Trade Practices and Fraud.
They have ignored the letter and complaints.
